We ship all orders from Florida, USA. Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. No coupon code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.
We take great care packaging every order. Booster boxes are shipped in appropriately sized boxes with padding to prevent damage. Packs and singles are sleeved and top-loaded when applicable.
At this time we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Benny's Card Shop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we will do our best to help.
